We stand behind our work!

After your repair if you find you are still have issues, notify us within 48 hours of picking up your repaired system and we will re-evaluate the issue. If it is determined that there was a issue with the repair, we will repair it again for free. However this does not cover the cost of additional hardware or software if necessary to complete the repair.

Rates

  • Troubleshooting – Minimum $25 for any issue.
  • Repairs $50 per hour with 1 hour minimum
  • After Hours Service – $100 per hour with 1 hour minimum
  • Emergency Service – $200 per hour with 1 hour minimum
  • Network / Database Support – $100 per hour with 1 hour minimum

Rates billed in half hour increments after the first hour.
